I knew I wanted to be a therapist & social worker at a young age.

I have always been interested in the human condition and how unique everyone’s journeys are, especially neurodivergent folks. As I progressed in my career, I engaged with neurodivergent kids and families who experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and severe mental illness. I gained invaluable experience which I carry with me to this day.

I also have a passion for working with other therapists & fellow helpers.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have had the pleasure of supervising social workers and counselors toward their licensure. Most recently, I gained experience as a supervisor of care managers, supporting them as they navigated the complex needs of at risk Coloradans.

Therapists and helpers hold such unique experiences that may be difficult for others to understand and relate to. I get it because I live it. I understand how difficult it can be to come home after back to back client sessions with no breaks in between. The feeling of burn out is real and serious. I am uniquely equipped to help you navigate these difficulties.
